Overview
To better understand our website and how users experience Nesterly, we employed a variety of research tools, including competitor analysis, heuristic reviews, usability tests, and affinity mapping with post-it notes. These methods provided us with deeper insights into the strengths and weaknesses of our website, as well as the key issues users encounter.
